浅谈食品质量安全检测技术现状与创新研发

1 我国食品质量安全检测的主要问题

1.1 食品质量安全检测运行机制有待完善

随着科学技术和信息技术的高速发展,我国食品检测技术逐渐实现了创新和改革,但就目前形势来看,部分检测单位及检测企业未紧随时代发展的脚步,明确当前食品质量安全检测的基本需求,其对目前较为先进且应用效率相对较高的检测技术并不熟知,也未掌握其技术要点。(剩余4309字)
