浅谈食品检验检测实验室的质量管理

摘 要:食品检验检测是关系人们饮食安全的重要关口,做好自身质量管理工作为重中之重。本文主要对影响质量管理的几个因素进行分析,并以问题为导向,从人员、仪器设备、实验室模式、体系建设和安全制度建设5个方面进行质量管理的加强和改善,以期通过检验检测机构自身质量管理提升,更好地维护食品安全。

Talk About the Quality Management in Food Inspection and Testing Laboratory

Abstract: Food inspection and testing is an important gateway to the food safety of the people, and doing a good job in their own quality management is the top priority. This article mainly analyzes several factors that affect quality management, and focuses on problem-oriented efforts to strengthen and improve quality management from five aspects: personnel, equipment, laboratory models, system construction, and safety system construction, with a view to improve the quality management of inspection and testing institutions and better maintaining food safety.
