浅谈食品检验检测实验室的质量管理

摘 要：食品检验检测是关系人们饮食安全的重要关口，做好自身质量管理工作为重中之重。本文主要对影响质量管理的几个因素进行分析，并以问题为导向，从人员、仪器设备、实验室模式、体系建设和安全制度建设5个方面进行质量管理的加强和改善，以期通过检验检测机构自身质量管理提升，更好地维护食品安全。

Talk About the Quality Management in Food Inspection and Testing Laboratory

Abstract： Food inspection and testing is an important gateway to the food safety of the people， and doing a good job in their own quality management is the top priority. This article mainly analyzes several factors that affect quality management， and focuses on problem-oriented efforts to strengthen and improve quality management from five aspects： personnel， equipment， laboratory models， system construction， and safety system construction， with a view to improve the quality management of inspection and testing institutions and better maintaining food safety.

进入新时代，人们的饮食需求从过去“吃得饱”转向“吃得好”，再到“吃得健康”，人们对美好生活的迫切需求，也促使食品检验检测机构必须在严格按照科学、公平、公正、准确、高效的原则上，更加注重自身的质量管理，切实提高检测结果的可参考性。（剩余4535字）
