食品微生物风险及安全控制对策探究

摘 要:微生物污染是食品安全问题之一,一旦出现会直接危害人们的身体健康。因此,相关部门需明确食品中微生物的危害性,重视微生物风险的评估和控制。本文根据食品微生物污染产生的不利影响,分析了微生物风险的产生原因,并提出具体的食品安全控制对策,以保障食品安全,减少食品微生物风险。

Abstract: Microbial pollution is one of the food safety problems. Once it occurs, it will directly harm people’s health. Therefore, relevant departments need to clarify the harmfulness of microorganisms in food and pay attention to the assessment and control of microbial risk. According to the adverse effects of food microbial pollution, this paper analyzes the causes of microbial risk in detail, and puts forward specific food safety control measures to ensure food safety and reduce food microbial risk.
