摘 要 近年来，在素质教育理念指引下，各教育阶段的德育工作成为重中之重。在实际工作开展中，德育作为一项系统性的工作任务，涉及广泛，并需要多方共同努力，方能实现德育培养目标。基于此，文章重点剖析了小学阶段德育工作的重要性，并梳理了德育基本原则，对实践策略展开论述，希望为相关教育工作者提供参考借鉴。

Analyzing How to Effectively Carry out Moral Education in Primary School

Abstract In recent years， guided by the concept of quality education， moral education at all stages has become a top priority. In practical work， moral education， as a systematic task， involves a wide range of aspects and requires joint efforts from multiple parties in order to achieve the goals of moral education training. Based on this， the article focuses on analyzing the importance of moral education in primary school， and outlines the basic principles of moral education. It also discusses practical strategies， hoping to provide reference for relevant educators.
