摘 要 文章通过对监理企业的深入调研，了解当前监理行业的发展动态以及企业对人才的需求，通过构建以能力为本的课程内容模块，提出职业能力递进式培养过程，继而探究具备合同管理、造价管理以及施工监理等专业核心能力的复合型建设工程监理人才培养方案。

Research on the Talent Training Program for Construction Project Supervision Major under the Transformation and Upgrading of the Supervision Industry

Abstract This article conducts in-depth research on supervision enterprises to understand the current development trends of the supervision industry and their demand for talent. By constructing a competency based course content module， it proposes a progressive training process for professional abilities， and then explores a composite construction project supervision talent training program with core professional abilities such as contract management， cost management， and construction supervision.
