Inherent mechanism and implementation path for the modernization development of agricultural product cold chain logistics

AbstractThis paper elaborated on the inherent mechanism of the modernization development of cold chain logisticsfrom 3dimensions：technological iteration，factorrealocation，andsystemiccoordination.Itanalyzed the key links thatneed tobe focusedoninits developmentand proposed implementation pathways.The inherent mechanismof themodernizationdevelopment of agricultural productcold chainlogisticsincludes the integrationof digital and intelligenttechnologies driving industrial upgrading，theoptimal allocationof production factors enhancing service efciency，and the construction of an integrated supplychain supporting the sustainable development of the industry. The current industryis facingseveral practicalchallenges，including insuffcientcoldchain infrastructure，unbalanced allcation among regionsandacrossvarious supply chain links，slow progress inagricultural digital transformation，and an incompletecold chain standard system. Based on this，implementation pathways are proposed from 3 aspects： technological innovation，platform upgrading，and institutional improvement.These include promoting cold chain technology innovationand iteration through the introductionof intelligentfacilitiesandequipmentsuchasIoTsensors andblockchain traceabilitysystems;advancing full-chain digital transformation tostrengthencross-entitynetwork collboration efficiency and build anurban-rural integrated cold chaindata platform;and improving the policy support system，including strengthening cold chain infrastructure network construction，optimizing tax subsidy mechanisms，and perfecting industry standards and specifications.This paper provides areference forthe modernization developmentof agricultural product cold chain logistics.
