Abstract：HistologyandEmbryologyofAquaticAnimals，acompulsoryprofesionaldevelopmentcourseinaquaculture，is esentialforstudentstogainthefoundationalknowledgeneededforadvancedtopicssuchasAquaticAnimalDiseasesand GeneticsandBreeding.Thispaperaddressescommonchalengesintraditionalcourses，includingrigidteaching methods，a disconectbetweentheoryandpractice，andanoveremphasisonmodelorganisms.Byintegratingconstructivistlearningtheory， industry-educationcolaboration，andoutcome-basededucation（OBE），theproposedcurrculumreformfocusesonteaching content，methods，andaessmentsystms，imingtoancesdentspracticalkils，proble-solvingablitiesndpsioal competencies，while also providing a framework for optimizing foundational aquaculture courses.
