Abstract:Toaddress thegrowingdemandforapplied talentcultivationinChinaandresolveprevalent issesin practiceorientedcourses,suchasinsuficientvauegudance,inadequatetechnologicalempowerment,andweakstudentagencythisstudy proposesatripartiteteachingreformmodelintegratingValue-orientedEducation,SmartPedagogy,andProject-BasedLearning. Themodeladvancesthroughfourprimarypathways:innovatingteachingmethods,restructuring teachingcontent,re-enginering teachingprocesses,andreformingassessmentmechanisms.EmpiricalimplementationintheRuralPlanningandDesigncourse demonstratesthemodel'sefectivenessinenhancingstudentscomprehensivecompetenciesandpracticalskills,ultimately achieving the goal of cultivating versatile applied and innovative talents.
