Abstract:Toaddressthedisconnectionbetween theacademicatmosphereconstructioninlocalagriculturalcolegesand universitiesandtheirpositioningofservingagriculture,ruralareasandfarmersandpracticaleducation,thispaper,againstthe backdropofthehigh-qualityeducationsystemandtheRuralRevitalizationStrategy,systematicallydeconstructsthecore theoreticallogicofitsacademicatmoshereconstruction.irstliconstructsatripatitecouplingtheoreticalframeworkof"value guidance-systemguarantee-behaviorimplementation",andexplainstheconsistencyetweenservingruralrevitalization,culivating talentswhounderstandandloveagriculture,andtheuniversityspiritandindustrymision.Secondlyitanalyzstheproblems presentedatthevaluelevelandthesystemandbehaviorlevelsbasedonrelevanttheories.Finaly,itreconstructsthepathfrom thetheoreticallevel:inthevaluedimension,itstrengthenstherecognitionofthevalueofservingagriculture,ruralareasand farmersthroughmodelssuchasthethree-dimensionalguidancemodel;inthesystemdimension,itbuildsalong-term agriculturalcharacteristiccollborativesystemanda"rigidconstraintflexibleincentive"mechanism;inthebhaviordimsioit optimizesthebehaviorofteachersandstudentsandtheflexiblemanagementmechanism,formingatheoreticalsolutionof tripartitecoordinatedeforts.Thisstudyprovidestheoreticalsupportandpracticalguidanceforcollegesanduniversitiesto strengthenthefunctionofacademicatmosphereineducation,cultivatehigh-qualitytalentsforagriculturalmodemization,and serve rural revitalization.
