Abstract：Toaddressthedisconnectionbetween theacademicatmosphereconstructioninlocalagriculturalcolegesand universitiesandtheirpositioningofservingagriculture，ruralareasandfarmersandpracticaleducation，thispaper，againstthe backdropofthehigh-qualityeducationsystemandtheRuralRevitalizationStrategy，systematicallydeconstructsthecore theoreticallogicofitsacademicatmoshereconstruction.irstliconstructsatripatitecouplingtheoreticalframeworkof"value guidance-systemguarantee-behaviorimplementation"，andexplainstheconsistencyetweenservingruralrevitalization，culivating talentswhounderstandandloveagriculture，andtheuniversityspiritandindustrymision.Secondlyitanalyzstheproblems presentedatthevaluelevelandthesystemandbehaviorlevelsbasedonrelevanttheories.Finaly，itreconstructsthepathfrom thetheoreticallevel：inthevaluedimension，itstrengthenstherecognitionofthevalueofservingagriculture，ruralareasand farmersthroughmodelssuchasthethree-dimensionalguidancemodel；inthesystemdimension，itbuildsalong-term agriculturalcharacteristiccollborativesystemanda"rigidconstraintflexibleincentive"mechanism;inthebhaviordimsioit optimizesthebehaviorofteachersandstudentsandtheflexiblemanagementmechanism，formingatheoreticalsolutionof tripartitecoordinatedeforts.Thisstudyprovidestheoreticalsupportandpracticalguidanceforcollegesanduniversitiesto strengthenthefunctionofacademicatmosphereineducation，cultivatehigh-qualitytalentsforagriculturalmodemization，and serve rural revitalization.
