Abstract：Inthecontextofruralrevitalizationandthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofvocationaleducation，thefinancialaid systeminhighervocationalcolegesisundergoingacriticaltransfomation-fromasingularfocusoneconomicasistancetoa holisticapproachaimedatfosteringwell-roundeddevelopmentThispaperexploresthe"Five-in-One"developmentalfinancial aidmodelunderthestrategicgoalsofruralrevitalization，examiningitstheoreticalfoundations，generativelogic，operational mechanisms，andpracticalimplications.Thestudyaimstoprovidetheoreticalsupportforimproving thefinancialaidand educationsysteminhighervocationalcollgesandfacilitatingthetransitionfromeducationalpovertyaleviationtorural revitalization.Itholdssignificantvalueforoptimizingthevocationaleducationsystem，promotingeducationalequity，and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.
