Abstract:Enhancingfamerswillngnesstoparticipateiscrucialforthelong-termefectivenessofruralhumanselement environmentimprovement.Integratingthethoryofperceivedvalue,socialinfluencetheoryndtheStimulusOrganismesonse (S-O-R)modelthisstudyonstructsthoreticalframeworktoaleferspartipationwillngness.Usingurveyatafrom 362farmersinChongmingDistrict,Shanghai，anempiricaltestwasconductedemploying StructuralEquationModeling(SEM). Theresultsshowthatfarmers’perceivedeconomicvalue,socialvalue,andpsychological valueallhavesignificantpositiveeffects ontheirparticipationwilingnessSocialinfluenceotonlydirectlyfectsparticipationwillngnessbutalsoexertsandiect influencethroughthepartialmediatingefectofperceivedvalue.Thisindicatesthatexternalsocialcontextsdrivefarmers' behaviorbyreshapingtheirinternalvalueperceptions.Accordingly，thisstudyproposessystematicpolicymeasures，including buildingdiversfiedincentivemechanisms，fosteringacommunityatmosphereofjointpartiipationandsharing，andpromoting digitalempowerment,toefectivelyenhancefarmers'willngnesstoparticipateandestablishalongtemanagementmchanis.
