“耕读文化”融入高等农林教育人才培养的路径探索

Abstract:Thispapertakesstudentsmajoring inagriculture-relatedfieldsatLeshan VocationalandTechnical Colegeasthe researchobject,guidedbytheorganicintegrationoffarming-readingcultureintothecultivationoftalentsinhigheragicultural andforestrymajors.Focusingonproblemssuchassuperficialunderstandingofconnotativevalue,scattredcurrculumcontent, simplisticintegrationmethods,andinsuficientculturalatmosphere,itdeplyexplorestheeducationalelementsandcontemporary conotatinsoffinetraditionalcultureinfarming-readingeducation.Throughidentifyingeducationalgoalpositioningoptiizing top-leveldesign,enhancingteachersteachingcapabilties,novatingteachingmethods,buildinginnovativeeducatioalaies, enrichingintegrationchannels,improvingeducationalefectevaluation,scientificorganizationandmanagement,strengthening campusculturalconstruction,andcreatingastrongatmosphere,thispaperexploresanefectivepathfortheorganicintegrationof farming-radingcultureintohigheragriculturalandforestryeducation.Theaimistorealizethecollborativeeducationoffine traditionalcultureenteringcampusclassrooms,fullyimplementthefundamentaltaskof"cultivatingvirtuethrougheducatio",and enhance thequalityof higheragriculturaland forestryeducationundertheconstructionof newagricultural sciences.
