Abstract：Digitalruralconstructionisthecorelinkconnecting"DigitalChina"and"ruralrevitalization."Inrecentyears，we haveachievedmanybriliantresultsintheprocessofrapiddevelopmentofdigitalruralconstructionbutatthesametie，the inherentcontradictionof"disconnectionbetweentechnologyapplicationandvaluegoals"hasalsoemerged.Thispapertakes Marxistphilosophyoftechnologyasthetheoreticalcornerstone，focusesonthedialecticalrelationshipbetweentechnological rationalityandvaluerationaity，andconductsresearchinaccordancewiththelogicof"theoreticaldeconstructionrealistic diagnosis-mechanismconstruction-pathoptimization".First，thispaperclarifesthecoreconnotationanddialecticalunity relationshipbetwentechnologicalrationalityandvaluerationalityintheMarxistconceptoftechnology.Secondly，thepaper diagnosesthetriplerealistictensionsof"discomectionbetweentechnologysupplyandfarmers’needs"，"misalignmentbetwen valuegoalsandtechnicalsupport"，and"conflictbetweengovernancesituationandtechnicalrules"indigitalruralconstruction. Thirdly，thebuildsadevelopmentmechanismofdiitalruraltechnologyvalueunityfromthrdimensions：integrationoffactors， relationshipadjustment，andgovernancecordination.Finally，thepaperprovidestheoreticalsupportandpracticalpathsfor solvingtheproblemsof"technologicalalienation"and"valueloss"indigitalvilagesTheresearchnotonlyfllsthegapithe technicalphilosophydimensionofdigitalruralarearesearch，butalsoprovidesanactionablesolutionfordigitaluralareato return to the "people-centered" development essence.
