Abstract:Thenew agricultural scienceerarequiresagricultural majorsin highereducation tocloselyintegratetheneedsof moderagriculturaldevelopmentandcultivatecompoundtalentswithinnovativespiritandpracticalability.Molecularbiologyisa corebasiccourseinthefieldofagriculturalscience,butitgeneralyhasproblemssuchascomplexknowledgepoints,rapid updatespeednddisconetionbetweenteacingcotentandagiculturalproduction,whichserouslyestrictstheteachingfect. Therefore,thereformofmolecularbiologyteachingisofgreatsignificanceforcultivatinghigh-qualitytalentswhocanmeetthe nedsofmodernagriculturaldevelopment.Basedonthecoreconceptoftheconstructionofnewagricultural sciencethispaper proposestobuildastudent-centeredandapplication-orientedmolecularbiologyinagronomybybuildinga"OneCore,Four Wings"curicuumsystem,innovatingthePBL(Problem-BasedLeaing)teachingmethod,andimprovingaessmentmchnisms. Thenewteachingmodelaimstoimprovestudents‘practicalability,innovativethinkingandcomprehensivequality,anddeliver high-quality talents to the development of modern agriculture.
