Abstract：Inthecontextofthedigitaleconomy，thedevelopmentofsmartagriculturehasbecomeanimportantpathto promotethetransformationofagriculturalmoderization.ThispapertakesXuzhouCityastheresearchobject，systematicaly analyzesthedevelopmentstatusoflocalsmartagriculture，pointsoutitsshortcomingsininfrastructureconstruction，aplication capabilitiesofbusinesenties，scientificandtechnologicalinnovationcapabiliesandtalenttraining，andproposesthatXuzhou Citynedstocontinuetopromotethedevelopmentofsmartagriculturefromaspetssuchasimprovingdigitalinfrastructure， strengtheningtechnologypromotionandapplicationpromotingthedigitaltransformationoftheindustrialchain，andstrengthening thetrainingofspecializedtalentsinsmartagriculture.Thisstudyprovidestheoreticalreferenceandpracticalguidanceforthe constructionofsmartagricultureinXuzhouCityandalsoprovidesreferenceforthedevelopmentofsmartagricultureinsimilar cities in the Huaihai Economic Zone.
