Abstract：Basedonfieldsurveysandquestionnaireanalysisofthe"Collge StudentsEnteringRural Areas"programin NejiangCitytsarsysemacallexplortuentsiationfeivensnddilmmasoflgesudentsrtiiatio incomprehensiveruralrevitlization.Thesurveyshowsthattheprogramhasachievedremarkableresultsintalentintroduction， industrialdevelopment，andgoveranceimprovement，buttherearestillproblemssuchaslowpolicyawarenessmismatchbetween supportmeasuresandactual needs，andunsmoothcareerdevelopmentchannels.Theresearch indicatesthatcollgestudentshave astrongilingnesstoparticipateinruralrevitalizatiowihiverseincentivefactosHoweveritiscessarytoprootete transformationofthiswilingnessintosustainableactionsthroughulti-dimensionalpaths，includingimprovingpolicygaatees， optimizingincentivemechanisms，strengtheninguniversity-localcooperation，enhancingtrainingandguidance，andincreasing publicityeforts.Thisstudyprovidesempiricalevidenceandpracticalreferenceforoptimizingthe"CollgeStudentsEntering RuralAreas"program，andholdsimportantpractical significanceforpromotingtalentretumandadvancingcomprehensiverural revitalization.
