Abstract:Inthenewerathehorticultureindustryistransformingtowardscross-integration,andnewfieldssuchaurban agricultureandsmartgardening haveemerged.Thereisanurgentneedforcompoundtechnicalandskiledtalents，andtheteam ofprofessionalteachersisthecoreelementoftalenttraining.Basedonpolicyrequirementssuchasthe"NationalVocational EducationReformImplementationPlan",thispaperanalyzestheimportanceofbuildingateacherteaminhorticulturetechnology majorsinhighervocationaleducation,andpointsoutthatthereareinsufcientinterdisciplinaryknowledgereserve，weakpractical abilityof "dual-qualified"teachers,andlackofdigitalteachingcapabilities.，unreasonableteamstructureandotherproblems,and alsofrombuildinganinterdisciplinarytrainngsystem,depeningcolaborativeeducationbetweenschoolsandenterprises，aing outdigitalteachingandtraining,improvingtheteachertrainingandintroductionmechanisminfour dimensionsandproposing optimizationcoutermeasuresfortheconstructionoftheteacherteam，providingreferenceforthecultivationofhigh-quality teachers that meet the needs of the industry in higher vocational horticulture technology majors.
