Abstract：Againstthebackdropofintergenerationalurbanizationandtheadvancementofruralrevitalizationstrategies，the newgenerationofmigrantworkershavereturnedtotheirhometownswiththeirhighdigitalliteracyandurbanexperience， injectingnewmomentumintothedevelopmentofruralsmartplanting.Thispaperdiscusssthecharactersticsof thenew generationofmigrantworkersandtheirdiversemotivationsforreturninghome，andexpoundstheirpositiveimpactonintroducing advancedtechnologicalconcepts，promotingchangesinproductionorganizations，andpromotingtheretunoftalents.Itbelieves thatthenewgenerationofmigrantworkersretuminghomewillpromoteruralsmartplanting.Itfaceschalengessuchashigh barierstotechnologyaplication，lackofcompoundtalentsshortageoffundsandtraditionalbusinessconcepts.Thus，itis proposedtobuildahierarchicalandclassfedtrainingsystem，designadiversifiedtalentintroductionmechanism，inovate investmentandfinancingmodels，andcultivatenewbusinessentities，inordertoprovidereferenceforactivatingthevitalityof rural talents and accelerating the implementation of smart planting.
