Abstract：GuidedbyXiJinpingThoughtonCulture，thispaperconductsanin-depthanalysisoftheinnovativepractical pathsthroughwhichGao'anCaicha（Tea-picking）Opera"MoonlightShinesOvertheMountainVilage"promotesruralcultural andethicalconstruction.Intermsofpolicysupport，YichunCityhasissuedtop-leveldesigndocumentsandleveragedfunding fromtheNationalArtFund，providingsolidpolicyandfinancialguaranteesforthecreationandpromotionoftheopera.In contentcreation，theworkintegratesGaoanCaichaOpera（anationalintangibleculturalheritage）withthedeedsofZhiYueying， a"Touching China"figure，realizingthecreativetransformationoftraditionaloperaandshapingcredibleandrespectablemodel images.Intermsofcommunication，itreachesdeepintoruralcommunitiesthroughculturalbenefisactivitiessuchas"sending operastothecountryside"and"goodpeople'slectures"，disseminatescorevaluesinawaythatispopular withthemaes，and enrichesruralspiritualandculturallife.Meanwhile，itbreaksthroughtemporalandspatiallimitationswiththehelpofaallmediacommunicationmatrixandonlinelivebroadcasts，expandingitssocialinfluence.Thesuccesfulpracticeof"Monlight ShinesOvertheMountainVilage"isavividexampleofXiJinping ThoughtonCulturetakingrotattheprimary-level level， andprovidesreplicableandpromotableexperiencesandinspirationsforempoweringruralculturalrevitalizationwithlocalopera and strengthening rural cultural and ethical construction in the new era.
