Abstract：Inthenew era，theU.S.DepartmentofWar（formerlytheU.S.Departmentof Defense）hasimplementeda systematicandstandardizedreformin theacquisition management ofcomponents toalign with national defensestrategy requirements.Thecore initiatives lieinthe transitiontoanadaptiveacquisition frameworkpathway，theestablishment ofamulti-tieredstandardizeddocumentationsystem，thecreationofagovernment-ledrisk management paradigm，and the developmentof acivil-military integrated standardscoordination model.This paper systematicallyanalyzes the new requirements for standardization of acquisition management of components under the U.S.Department of War from four dimensions：component management tasksacross the acquisition lifecycle，the standardized documentation system， emerging management paradigms，and key characteristics.
