Research on the Data Open Service Standards System of the “Single Window” for International Trade

Abstract:ThecurrentstandardsinChinaprovideafoundationalframeworkfortheconstructionofthe“singlewindow"for international trade.However,challnges persist in data openness and sharing,including gaps in the standard system, missing individualstandards,andlaggingstandardizationresearch.Toachieve in-depth miningof themassive tradedata inthesinglewindowforinternationaltradeandreleasethedatadividenditisnecessarytostablishadataopenservice standard systemand carryoutcorresponding standard formulationandrevision toregulate the dataopen service work of the"single windowforinternational trade.Bystudying theconstructionstatusand standardization statusofthe"single window”forinternationaltradeinChina,andincombinationwiththerequirementsoftheguidelineontheconstructionof nationaldatastandardssystem,the paperhasconstructedastandardssystem fordataopenservicesofthe“singlewindow” forinterationaltradeomposedoftems,processs,sericesplcatiosvauations,ecurityndopeess,adputs forward suggestions for standards development and revision.With the establishment and improvement of the data open service standardsystem forthe“singlewindow”for international trade,itwillayastandardized foundation forexploring thedevelopmentpathofthedataeconomyinthefeldofinternationaltrade,formtypicalscenariosfortheapplicationofdata standard systems,and provide research directions and work guidance for related standards.
