——基于江苏试点案例的实证研究

Abstract：Inthefieldofrural medical security，China hassuccesively issuedaseriesof policiesand measuresto effectively preventresidents from falling back intopoverty due to illnessDuring the implementation proces，rural medical security is facing challenges，due to factors suchasvarying levels of economic development andregional disparitiesacross differentareas.Basedontherural medical mutualaid pilot programinJiangsu Province，this paper analyzessuccesful experiences ofdiferentregionscombining practicalcasesinZhangjiagang，Wujiang，and Siyang， exploresmechanismsandoutcomesofpromoting standardizeddevelopmentofruralmedicalmutualaid，identifesactual challenges encountered during implementation，and proposes targeted optimization suggestions.It aims to provide replicable experiencereferences forthe standardizedand normalizeddevelopmentofruralmedicalmutualaid nationwide.
