Abstract：Theintegrationofpatentsandstandardsisacore linkintechnologicalinnovationandindustrialupgrading.As the twocoremodesofintegratingpatentsandstandards，patent standardizationandstandardpatentizationarekeypaths forthe transformationof technologicalinnovationandthelayoutof industrialcompetition.Thispaper systematically analyzes theinternal mechanismsof thesetwointegrationmodes，sortsoutthemanifestationformsand writingpatternsof patentsembeddedinstandards，explores thestandard-oriented patentlayoutstrategiesand implementationpaths，clarifes the selectionbasis for the twomodes，and finallputs forwardmeasuresandsuggestionsforoptimizingthe integration mechanism，providing references for the technological transformation practiceof enterprises and the constructionof industrial standards systems.
