Abstract：Underthestrategicdriveofpromoting“digitalzation，networkingndinteligenttransformation”innational standardizationwork，“machine-readable standards”has becomeanewrequirementand goal for China’s standard digitizationeforts.However，currentnationalstandardsremainatthepreliminarystageofmachinereadabilityrepresented byPDF documents.Inresponse tothe latest trendsofstandard digitization，the technical dataresources encapsulated in nationalstandardsface prominentdataambiguityissues intermsof“data，form，andapplication”formachinereadability whichposesasignificantobstacle totheimplementationofmachine-readablenationalstandards.Therefore，thispapertakes therepresentativecurentnationalstandardsinthefieldof mechanical engineeingastheresearchobjectandconductsan analysisofdataambiguityissues innationalstandards，toprovidesupportfortheimplementationandin-depthdevelopment ofmachine-readable national standards.
