Abstract:Thispaperstudies thestandardizationconstructionoffoodsafetytestinginthecontextoftherapiddevelopment of the premade dish industry.Starting from the current status of the premade dish industry,a systematic "4321" testing standardizationframeworkisestablished,omprising4testinglevels,3coresystems,2spportingplatforms,nddata center.Themethods foridentifyingand managing criticalcontrolpointsareelaboratedindetail,andastandardssystem for testing methodscoveringphysicochemicalindicators,microbiological indicators,andfoodadditives isdeveloped, providing technical support and practical guidance for the quality and safety of the premade dish industry.
