Abstract：Intheeraofigitaleconomydataasanemrgingproductionfactorotonlyisanmportantcompontof nationalbasic strategicresources，butalsoprovides crucialsupportforhigh-qualityeconomicdevelopment.TheOutline forBuilding National StrengthinIntelectualProperty（2O21-2O35）clearlystates theneedto“studyand establishrules for the protectionof data intellectual property.With the nationwideexpansionandpromotionofdata intelectual property pilot projects，theneed toestablishastandardssystemfordataintelectual propertyhas become increasinglyurgent.Itis imperativetoregulateallaspectsofdataintellctualpropertythroughstandardizedmeansincludingitsreation，utilzation， protection，management，andservices.This paperexpoundsontheconceptandmeaningofdataintellectualpropertyorts outtheexplorationandpracticeofdataintelectualpropertyathomendabroadinitiallyconstructsatandardssstemfor dataintellectualproperty，andproposessuggestionsandopinionsinombinationwiththediicultiesofdataintellctual property standardization，aiming to provide technical supportfortheconstructionand improvementofdata intellectual property through standardization.
