Abstract:InJune2025,theGeneral OficeoftheCentralCyberspaceAairs Commissionand theGeneralOffieof theStateAdministration forMarketRegulation jointly issuedthe Guidelines for Standardizationof Inteligent Society DevelopmentandGovernance(2025Edition) (hereinafterrefered toastheGuidelines),whichprovides technicalsupport and normativeguidance fortheoreticalresearchandpracticalactivitiesrelatedtothedevelopmentand governanceof intelligent society.This paper interpretsthecore essenceoftheGuidelines,expounds itsstandardssystem framework and innovative measures,analyzes thepotential practicalchalenges inits implementation,ndputs forwardcorresponding measures and suggestions,aiming to provide guidance and referenceforlocal authoritiesanddepartments to beter understand and implement the standardization of inteligent society development and governance.
