河北省滨海水稻全产业链标准体系研究

Abstract：ThecoastalriceindustryinHebeiProvincehasacrucialpositionintheregionalagriculturaleconomy.Establishinga comprehensivestandardssystemcoveringthe fullindustrychainis indispensableforenhancingitscompetitivenes.Thispaper focusesontencorespectsidingproductionproceing，andingndmaketingndstematicallayial chalengessuhtedlandsours，ghlitioostssuentretaldaptabilityackofrocessgads andweakbrandompetiveness.Ontisbasis，alutiopathisproposed，hichivolesonstructingasstematicstadards system，strengthening theupdateofstandardsinkeyareas，andimprovingtheimplementationandsupervisionmechanisms. Additionally，twocoretechnicalmethods，amelykeyproessidentificationandkeyommontechnologyidentification，are innovativelyappliedtopreciselyidentifythekeylinksandcoretechnologiesintheindustrychain.Thetechnicalpathofthe standardssystemforthefullindustrychainprovidesareplicableandextendablemodelforsaline-alkaliricecultivationareas aroundtheBohaiSeaandsimilarregionsacross thecountry.Itplaysanimportantdemonstrationroleinensuringfoodecurity advancing rural revitalization，and promoting the high-quality development of agriculture.
