县域党支部标准体系建设研究

Abstract：This paper takes Siyang County in Jiangsu Province as the research object，systematically analyzes the constructionrequirements，principlesandbasisofstandardssystemforthecounty-level Partybranches，andcombines localgrasroots Partybuilding practices toconstructatwo-levelcompletestandards system frameworkcovering three dimensions.Byclarifying thecore contentsand implementationpathsofeach sub-system，this framework provides a replicableandscalablepractical model forthestandardizationconstructionofcounty-levelartybranches inChina，and offerstheoreticalsupportand technical guidance forimproving thequalityof grassrots Partybuildingand promoting the high-quality development of the county-level economy and society.
