Abstract：Global satelite navigation systems have becomedeeplyintegrated into various fields including economic development，culturalexchange，andnationalsecuritysevingasasucessulmodelofmodernhigh-techapplicationsin civilianfields.Thispaperanalyzes theexisting lawsandregulationsofinternational organizationsandmajor countries， compares the standardization practices acrossdifferent satelite navigation systems，and explores the pivotalroleof internationalstandards intechnicalcordinationandglobalapplication.Itidentifiesgapsincurrentlegislationand future trends，tocontribute totheestablishmentofamoreopen，equitable，and eficientinternational standardssystemforglobal satellite navigation.
