Abstract：Thisprddresesthesusoficompleteoverageinuffienadptabilitydoorintertioalligent in China's current inspection and testing standards for the safety performance of sports facilities and equipment.It systematicallconstructs astandards systemforsafety performance inspectionandtesting in this domain.The studyclarifies theoverallobjectivesandprnciples forsystemdevelopment，proposesathree-dimensionalframeworkcomprising"standard objects—standard functions—safety performance indicators，"and analyzes thecorecontentof three major sub-systems： basicgeeral standards，sports facilitiesstandards，ndsportsequipmentstandards.Theimportanceofsafetyperformance inspectionandtestingiscriticalyexamined.Basedontheimplementationstatusof293keyexistingstandards，practical pathwaysareproposedfromtheperspectivesoftechnologicalupgrading，life-cyclesupervision，anddigitaltransforation. This system provides theoreticalsupport and operationalguidance for enhancing sports safety assurancecapabilities and promoting the standardization development of the sports industry.
