Abstract：With thegradual and widespread use of portable energy storage power packsand portablepower packs for camping，the StateAdministration forMarketRegulation has included portable power packs（code：O914） inthe scope ofCCC since August1，2023，includingportablepowerbanks，portableenergystoragepowerpacks，andportablepower packsforcamping.This paperanalyzes the safetyconsiderationsoftheEUOSMfor thesocketoutlets ofinverters for vehicles and the safety requirements ofUL standards forthe socket-outlets of portable power packs and inverters.It provides ideas for manufacturersto design the safety construction of the socket outlets of portable power packs，and helpstestingandcertification institutions tounderstandthepotential safetyrisksof thesocketoutletsofportable power packs.Fortheconstructionof multiple paralelsocketoutletsofportablepowerpacksonthemarket，the paperproposesa solution that surpasses the existing OSM resolution and UL standards.
