Effect of Multiple Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Microcirculation and Cardiac Function inPatients with Type2Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：OjetiveTexploethfetofultilersigiteveooacrolaodadacfuctioinpatitsitye diabetesmelitsomplaediroyartseMesAtotalof6patitsitypabeselltsompliaedioy heartdiseasdmiedtoaoountyeople'sospitalfroachtoJue3ereselectedsteseachectscooe randomnumberableetodteyeredividedintobseatiogroupndotolgouithpatientsinachgoup.eontrolgouasien routineursingndeatiooasielursingiteeoThalitofifaacfuctioeftla fraction，etadoleetlatlieedcosi appearance-lysisi（TlodcosedeastigplauoseG），ourosprdialplsmucel hemoglobin（HAc）ndusigsatifactioerecopadetwntetopsesultshoesfchmensioofqualitle twogroupsafterusingerehigertantoseforeusingndteosofachimensiofalityoflifeinebseatiooe nursing were higher than those in the control group（ P <0.05）.After nursing，the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular enddiastolicdiameeroftetogoupseelowertantoseforeursingteleftvetriclarjectiofractoashigherthantatforsing whiletheleftentrardsystolicdameterndleftventricularddastolicdameeroftebsevationgoperelowertanoeofte control group，the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group（ P<0.05 .After nursing，theMTTandALTof the two groupswerelowerthantosebeforenursingandtheMTTandALToftheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup P<0.05 ）.After nursing，HAlcGndhGintetooupserelowetantosebefoeursingndHc，GdPGineseatioou were lower than those in the control group P<0.05 ）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P< 0.05）. ConclusionMultiplesnginteventiocanimproeadiacmicociculatioadacfunctioandblodglucosleveliatintsiht diabetesmlisomplicatedwitoroaryheartdiseeandimproveteualityoflifendsatisfcionofpatients，hichisworthf clinical application.
