Efficacyand Safetyof Semaglutide inthe TreatmentofElderlyPatients with Type2Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with CognitiveImpairment

Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetefcacyandsafetyofsemaglutideintetreatmentofelderlypatientswithtype2dabeteselitusand cognitiveipantetsotaloferlatitsitabeeselpadioiipnta inHainanGeriatricsHspitalfromJanuaryO2toJanuaryO24wereselectedastheresearchobectseyeredividedtoSGgroupndN GLP-1groupbydoumbrabeetd，ith5aintsichou.eGgouastreatedwitheglutidendtegou wastreatedwitoicaldeesstigacoseGlosatedglobini isulin（FI）saeiiaEaialeEiile （Barthel index）]，craniocerebral injury markers [Tau protein， β -amyloid 42 （Aβ42），phosphorylated Tau181 （ p -Tau181）] were compared between the twogroups.ResultsAfertreatment，FPG，HbA1c，FINSandHOMA-IRintheSGgroupwerelowerthanthoseintheN-GL-1oup P<0.05） ： TheMMSEscoreandBarteldexintheSGgouperehighertantoeteNGP-goupat6and2monthsftertreamentdeTa protein，Aβ42 and p -Taul81 were lower than those in the N-GLP-1 group（ P <0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complicatioshtlcoddo （ P> 0.05）.Conclusnmglutidecaiproveblodcosisulisistaedoidfutioinderlatintsihtabetes meliuscolcaedwitiiepaintIsdvaaofigfedeyditsatietisgat traditional Non-GLP-1 hypoglycemic drugs.
