Abstract：Objectiveoinvestigatethmpactofefidmanagementonteualityofaitenanceandserviceforospitaledical MethodsFroepteber4toa2piesofdicalipntwitfeanagntourospitaleselectedsteeatio group，and82piecesofmedicalequipmentwithroutinemanagementfromJanuarytoAugust2O24wereselectedasthecontrolgroupThe maintenancetiptgntaitpntieteptgntddatete equipmentselfidesellptieagtouutalt purchasecostwerecomparedbetwenthetwogroupsResultsTemainteancetiefdicalequipentinthebservationgrouasortertan that in the control group P<0.05） .The equipment failurerateand equipment maintenance errorrateintheobservation group were lower than those in thecontrolgroupndtequipentaageentsadardatequipmentselfepairateadupgadefiencyeregertantoseithe control group（ P<0.05 ）.Thescoresof managementcost，humanresourceinputandmedicalequipmentpurchasecostintheobservationgroupwere lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05） .Conclusion Refined management can promote the quality of maintenance and service for hospital medicalequipntpeptagtdateentteteaeo therealizationofselfepairndupadingofupentAttesaetie，itanmproethfciencyofedicalupentovideew directionforcalsitistldaptaagtt，ddlbledtsuppfoicalt maintenance and management.
