Abstract：OjetieToanaeteectsofdiferenttypsofGRHotegrowhindexanduterinevoueofilsithidopaictal precociouspuberty（CPpMethdsAtotalof4ICPgirlsadmiedtXinfengCoutyPeoplesHospitalfroJauary22toJune4ere selectedastheesearchobeseyeredivideditocontroloupdstdyopyadoumberableetoditOgilsichoup. Thecontrolgoasteatedwitubeouseiofuproelinetiondesudoupastrateditrauslaf tritorelindsgiododht volumechangsdedeeofeseeactiosisrotestialeactiosigtseatseoaentoo ResultsAfter treatment，therateofbone age progresion in both groups was slower thanthat before treatment（ P<0.05 ），and therateof bone age progression in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.TheHt-SDof thetwo groupswas higher than thatbefore treatment （ P< 0.05），and the Ht-SDof the study group was higher than thatof the control group （ P< 0.05）.There was no significant difference in body weight and BMI between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.After treatment，theuterine volumeand ovarian volume of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment（ P <0.05），and theuterinevolumeandovarianvolumeofthestudy groupwere smalerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup（ P <0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Leuprorelin and triptorelin can efectivelyleoaloflttoelio progresionofongencreasingtheeightDalueadeducingtheolumeofeproductiveoansndtheincidenceofdeseactiosis lower and the safety is higher.Itcanbe usedasone of thepreferred schemes forclinical treatment ofICPP girls.

特发性中枢性性早熟（ICPP）是女童青春期发育异常的常见类型，指下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴（HPGA）提前激活，导致8岁前出现乳房发育或10岁前出现月经初潮，同时伴随骨龄超前、生长速率加快，最终可能因骨提前闭合导致成年身高受损，还可能引发心理自卑、焦虑等问题，严重影响患儿身心健康，2]。（剩余5691字）
