Enhanced Effect of Ice-stimulated Oral Care Combined with Intermittent Tube Feeding on Swallowing Function in Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

Abstract：OjectieTostudyeeancdtoficestiulatedalcarecombdwititeritenttubefdingoswalowingfuction strokepatientsithdhagiaMethosAotalof6atintsithdsphiaftertroedmitedtoucangCountyeople'sspialfrom December2O21toNovemberO23wereseletedastheresearchobjetsAccordingtotheprincipleofrndomumbertablemetod，theywere dividedintocotrolopdsdyopitpaitsichoup.eotolgouastreatedistilatedoralaredudy groupwastreatedwitteientogastrcsoagealtubdingothasisofteotoloup.eutritioalstatusbodyside tricessifoa）ai fuctiontealdd oralulcerepaedetoossultsingtvelsfutioalatusidesido those in the control group （ P< <0.05）.The swallowing function of the study group was better than that of the control group （ P< 0.05）.Thequality of life scoresin the study group were higher than those of the control group（ P<0.05） .The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.23% ，which was lower than 25.81% in the control group（ P<0.05 .Conclusion Ice-stimulated oral carecombined with intermitent tube feeding is effective in improvingtheswalowngfunciofrokeainswitdsagiicanmproeteutioalsatusndalityfiffatitsd reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Itisworthyof furtherclinical application.
