Effect of Core Decompression Combined with Bone Grafting on Hip Joint Function andMotorFunctioninPatientswithFemoralHead Necrosis

Abstract：ObeieTiesatehtfoompescobdieaiontfctodotoci withfeoraladsisosdbodtalltitsiralosisagoad in our hospital from August 2O21 to August 2025 were divided into acontrol group（ n=40 ）andan observation group （n=4O）.In the control group， patientswereredwiserativeediiileineeatiogrouisretreateditocopresioodioe grafingnthofceltoeofreatoseotcgoe paindegree（VASscore）andcomplicationrate werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTheobservationgroup（92.50 % ）had higher the excellent and good rate of treatment than that in the control group（ 80.00% ）（P0.05 .ConclusionCoredecompresioncombinedwithbonegraftingcanimprovetheexcellentandgoodrateoftreatmentinpatientswith femoralheadnecrosis，promotetherecoveryofmotorfunctioandhipjointfunction，educethedegrofainndhashighfety.
