Efficacy of Sintilimab Combined with Cisplatinand Paclitaxel in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and its Effects on Tumor Markers and Quality of Life

Abstract：ObecieTesigatetcfiilabombdisplatiacliaelintreamentofdancdalcl lungcancerditssumakesalififedsTotalltntsidacedoallcellunga andtreatedinourhospitalfromJanuaryO2toMayO25wererandomlydividedintotworoupsbyusingtherandomnumbertablenamedas controgropdeatoochoodtitslouatitseadispatidcliele intheobsevatiogouatitseretreatedwintilabotesisfteotrolgoueiseasotroatorarkervely keratin19frt，ol）aeai [Kaofskyefced compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the disease control rate in control group（ 71.43% ），theobservation groupachieved a significantly higherdiseasecontrolrate（89.29 % 0 P< 0.05）.After treatment，both CYFRA21-1and SCCA weredecreased inthe twogroups compared tothosebeforetreamentndthseatiogroupsowedagreaterdecreaseinothRA1-andSCCAaftertreamenttantoeinte control group （ P<0.05 ）.Theinterruptionrate of chemotherapyin the observation group （14.29 % ）waslower than that in the control group （39.29 % ）（ P< 0.05）.AftetreatothdCoeeasdoadtoreeatdeo showedagreater increase in both KPSand FACT-L scores after treatment than those in thecontrol group（ P<0.05 .No significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and control group（ P> 0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of cisplatin and paclitaxelcobtitlabpatotsidallu cancerducesfadosussod qualityof life.Atthesame time，theoverallsafety is good，and ithasimportant clinical applicationvalue.
