Abstract：ObeieTdhlatiotfgeliaryloeaatitsieerebald itseffctooagatiofuctioMetdsAotalofOpatitsiutecerealfartiodmiedtrospitalfJuarytJuly 2025wereselectedasthereseachobectsTheyweredividedintocontrolgoupndbservationgroupbyandomumbertableethodwith3 patientsinecoupoooasaedigeldatooasraediaryallogeseosisf thecotrolo ofadversereactionswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsThetotalefectiveateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwas 93.33% ，which was higher than 83.33% inthecontrol group（PO.O5）.After treatment，theGCSscoreofthetwogroupswas higherthanthatbefore treatment，and the NIHSscorewaslowertantatbeforetreatmenteanileteGCSsoeofebsevatioroupashigertantatofteotroloupnd the NIHSS score waslower than that of the control group （ Pe <0.05）.After treatment，the coagulation reaction time and blood cell clot formation time of thetwogroupseregetanofoetreantdaiubloodlottregdloodcelltftioateloatoe beforetreatmentaileeoalatoeactiotindldcellotfoatiotieoftseatioopereigertantofe controlgroup，andthemaximum bloodclotstrengthandbloodcellclotformationratewerelowerthanthoseof thecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）.After treaentooatlosoo andthrombintie（T）werehigerthanthoseeforetreatmentmeanhileFBintheservationgroualowerthanthatiteotrolgoup APTT，PTand TT were higherthan those in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.The proportion of mild and moderate carotid stenosis in the observation group washigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup，andtheproportionofseverecarotidstenosiswaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup（ P <0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33% ，which was compared with 10.00% in the control group，the difference was not statistically significant（ （P>0.05） .Conclusion Ozagrel combined with urinary kalidinogenase hasa positive effect on theclinical eficacy and coagulatinfuctiiatofeebalrtioapoatiatepedesofod thrombelastogaitaicedeeotd and do not increase adverse reactions.Itisan efective，safeand feasible treatment plan.
