Curative Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in Treating Distention and Fullness of Deficiency ofSpleenQi and Stomach Qi and itsInfluence on TCM Symptom Scores

Abstract：Obeieeiatethlalcfieocioireatingstetidulfsd stomachqandtsctosptesMetsFromMa2tpril6Oatitsitstetodfulsoeyf spleenqindtochmitdtoFzouospialfadiioalCeediciereeletedstechetsccodingtoed numbertablemetodtheredividedintocotrolgoupdsudyoupwith3Opatientsinchgoup.Thpatientsinteotrolopee treatedwithomperdoetabletsileeaintsintdyouperereatedwitaniXiexindecoctiooteasisofteoolgoup. helinicai andncidenceofdveseeactiosereompaedetwentetoopsefoedtertreatmentsultsThtotalfectiveateofthesudy group was 93.33% ，which was higher than 73.33% of the control group（ P<0.05） .After4 weeks of treatment，the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groupswerelowerthanosebeforetreatmentandtoseintestudygroupwerelowerthanthosintecontrolgroupPO.O5）.After4wekf treatment，the negative conversion rate of Hp in the study group was higher than that in the control group （ P< 0.05）.There wasno significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating distention and fullness of deficiencyofchaciistedsd symptoms，improve the Hp negative rate，and has good safety，which is worthy of clinical application.
