MethodsAtotalof56patientswithcuteexacebationofhoicheartfailureadmitedtouijinHospitalofTaditioalCineseMdicinefrom June2O22toJune4ereseleedstseachjetsodingtoeandoumberabeeodeyeredvidintooolou andstudygoupitttsiachopeasreaediheoproltesaideeaseblesde groupwastratediteeoctiootsisofeoolopalcyadcfuctiotraect （LVEF）ef adverseactiossalceoadousulalitoft the study group was higher than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.After treatment，thelevels ofLVEF inthe study group were higher than those in the control group，while the levelsof LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05 .The levels of serum NT-proBNP and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group P<0.05） .The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with metoprolol succinatesustained-release tablets hasadefinite clinical efectinhetreamentofatientswituteeacerbioofoceartfilure，ichcaimproveteradiacfutioduceth proBNP and CRP levels，and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.

在临床上，慢性心力衰竭属于较为常见的一种疾病，该疾病不仅严重影响患者的身体健康，降低患者的生活水平，同时还容易诱发多种并发症，进一步威胁患者的生命安全，因此需要实施及时、有效的治疗干预。（剩余6170字）
