Abstract：ObetiTvestiateexpresofagopetilprote4Andilkfatuleidealothc E8）inplacentaofpreasiadeirtsoeoliferatioofuladotelialelMetdswentpatintsihpresia diagnosedbyMatealandChildHealthCareHospitalofGuangxiZhuangAutonomousegionfromJanuary24toJanuary25wereselecteds theexpermetaldalpatoneledsroloueeifdiacal tisuesaseeet）fsatisuee celswereedntiepssnllllivasdo abilityWBandCRexperientsresedtetetteepesionlevelsof-E8andVEGFproteseprlasiaoueodelas constructedbytraperilietioofAE，ndthxpressoofndE8oleulesseeedsulsdi theplacentaofnomalpregnantwomenandnomalfemalemice，theexpressonlevelsofANGPL4mRANandproteinintheplacentaof preeclampsiapaitspasialelseifatleddxprslelsf8ndt significantly decreased（ P <0.01）.AfteroverexpressonofANGPTL4gene，themigrationrateofHUVECcellswasdecreased，theabilityof tube formation was decreased（ P <0.01），and theexpresson levelsof MFG-E8and VEGF proteinand mRNA weredecreased significantly（ P <0.01）. ConclusionDrinheveloptofltasteepriofpotenolelesillrrolfatodo ofvsculoil in the failure of maternal spiral artery recast，leading to preeclampsia.
