MethodsAtotalof8OpatientswithlowerextreityDdmitedtoPizoHospitalofTraditioalChineseMediciefromMarchtoAprl 2025wereselecedasteeseachjects.eyeredividedintotudyoup（4）andontrolgroup（=4）byadomumbertableodTe controlgroupastreatedwithsiplecatheterthrombolysisndthestudygoupastreatedwithcStreamtombusaspirationcobiedith catheterdiredomblislalacaglatiofuctiodeesrotctiatedrtallstii （AP）， werecomparedetweetogoups.Resultseotaletiatoftreatmentineudyoupasighertanthatinthotoloup P< O.05）.Aftertreatdnoselorooeretvelat andPT，APTndTinthesudygroupwerelongerthanthoseinthecontrogroup，FBlevelwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgoup P<0.05） ： Afterreatmenttieffeecndcalfeecetousasalanatforeatdt diffrence ofthigh circumferenceandcalf circumference in thestudygroup wassmalerthanthatinthecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion AcoStream thrombus aspiration combined with catheteriredbltoitcat reduce thesweling symptoms of lower limbs，and has high safety，which is worthy of clinical application.

下肢深静脉血栓（deepvenous thrombosis，DVT）是临床常见的周围血管疾病，主要因血液在下肢深静脉内异常凝结所致，若未及时有效治疗，易引发肺动脉栓塞（PE）、血栓后综合征（PTS）等严重并发症，不仅影响患者下肢功能，还可能危及生命。（剩余6644字）
