Effect Goserelin Acetate Sustained-release Depot Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery on Ovarian Function Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Endometriosis

Results The total effective rate the study group was 95.00% ，which washigher than 77.50% the control group（ P<0.05 ）.After6months treatment，televelsferuE，LHFSHinthetwogroupserelowerthanthoseeforetreatmentndcomparedwithteotrolgoupt levels serum E2， LH FSH in the study group were lower after 6 months treatment（ P <0.05）.The pregnancy rate the study group was （2 57.50% ，which was higher than 30.00% the control group（ P<0.05） .After 6 months treatment，thelevels serum CA125，TNF- ∇⋅αα∝ TSGF in the twogroups werelowerthanthosebefore treatment，compared with thecontrolgroup，thelevelsserum CA125，TNF- ∇⋅αα∝ TSGF in the study group were lower after 6 months treatment（ P<0.05 .Conclusion Goserelin acetate sustained-release depot combined with laparoscopic surgeryisetieieatdoersttlaateutielpaf patients， regulate the level serum related factors.
