Effect of General Anesthesia Combined with Transversus AbdominisPlane Block on Recovery Quality of Patients UndergoingLaparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy

Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatethfectofgeneralestesiacombiedwithtrasversusbdominislanebockontecoveryalityf patientsnderginglaparoopicovaancstetoyMethosAtotalofaitsithlaparosopicaanstetomdmiedtoai MaternalandChildHalthHspitafromJauary24toMay25wereseletedsteresearchbectsAcordingtoeandomubable method，theyeredviddintocontrolgoundsudyouithOatintsinchgou.Teotolopasivengeeralestsio andthetudyoasingeealstsiombdithsesusdonislaneblockeeatoelateddees（cofit tieutfdi DBP），eartateo anestheticpoisoingreaction）werecomparedbetweentetwogroups.Resultserecoerytendthfirsttietogetoutofdinthestudy group wereshorterthan thoseinthecontrol group，andthehospitalizationdays were lessthan thoseinthecontrol group（ P<0.05 .TheVASscoreof thestudgroupasowertntatoftecontrolgoupatachtieoitftersurgeryndteRmsasdationsoreashghertanaofth control group（ P<0.05 ）.SBP，DBPandHRat T1 and T2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group，and serum cortisol and IL-6 levels were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05） .The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group（ 6.00% ）was lower than that in the control group（ 22.00% ）（P<0.05）.ConclusionInlaparoscopicovariancystectomy，general anesthesiacombinedwith transversusabdominisplane blockcanshtsueiispetce reactions，and is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.
