Clinical Effect of Frozen Embedding Machine in ImprovingFrozen Section QualityAmongDifferent Tissues

Abstract：ObjectiveTevaluateteclinicalfccyoffrozenbeddingmacineinimprovingfrozensectioaltmongdiferenttiss MethodsAtotalof36OfreshtisuespecimenscolectedfromGanzouCancerHospialfromJanuaryO23toJuly25wereseectedathe researchobjets.Theywerefrozenbyodiarfrozensectiomacine（efidasotroupn36）andfrozeyfrozenembeddingche （defiedso6ddir timndEild twogroupsdeagostulsofetoserealateddaredesultseragefrgtiforbeiou wasorter）sl nodes），the observation group showed shorter processing times compared to the control group P<0.05） ，with statistically significant differences in tissue processing timelines （brain>liver>thyroid>kidney>lymph node>breast）（ P<0.05 ）.The observation group scored higher in all HE staining dimensions （tissueintegrityaininguforityackgroundpuritysectiontickness，ndsalinguality）thanoseineorolou P <0.05）.
