Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Methotrexate and Laparoscopic Surgery on hCG Level and Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

Abstract：OjectieTdtcalfacyoffeprstoobdithethotreatedlapaoopicsurgeyiac pregnancydoalitoveldeacetsityttsioicrecoddted ourhospitalfroJuly2toJuly24ereseleedseeseachetTyediidedntocotrolodservationgoyado numbertablemetodwith3Opatintsinachgroup.Theontrolgroupwastreatedwithmifepristonecombinedwithmethotreateandthe observationgoasaediaicgeeratsateGevelcaltopot functionpreaodoatioatearedeeosesultssateoftreatieai group （ 100.00% ）was higher than that in the control group （90.00% 0 P<0.05 ）.The serum hCG of the two groupswas lower than that before treatment， and the observation group was lower than the control group P<0.05） .The time of disappearance of abdominal pain，disappearance of vaginal bleeding， recoveryofserumhCGandrecoveryof menstruation in theobservationgroup were shorterthan thoseinthecontrolgroup（ P- <0.05）.The ovarian functionscoresofthetwogroupswerelowerthanthosebeforetreatment，ndtheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthecontrolgroup（ Pe 0.05）.After1 year of follow-up，the intrauterine pregnancy rate of the observation group （63.33 % ）washigher than that of the control group （43.33 % 0 P< 0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group （ 6.67% ）was lower than that in the control group （16.67 % ） P<0.05 .Conclusion Mifepristone combinedwitoreatedlaicgatcatto surgerysmoreauateItcanprovetesucsateoftreatmentreatlyducethelevelofCGicklyduetheliicalstosf patientsmpodaooftddetisisi are better.
