铜仁市食药用菌产业发展现状分析

摘 要：食药用菌是一类有机、营养、保健、药用的绿色食品，是21世纪的朝阳产业，发展食药用菌产业也完全契合“大食物观”的相关要求。文章概述了贵州省铜仁市食药用菌产业发展历史，总结了特点，分析了现状，提出了该产业发展的一系列对策。

Analysis of the Current Development Status of the Edible and Medicinal Mushroom Industry in Tongren City

Abstract： Edible and medicinal mushrooms are a type of organic， nutritious， healthy， and medicinal green food， is a sunrise industry in the 21st century， and the development of the edible and medicinal mushroom industry also fully meets the relevant requirements of the “all-encompassing approach to food” proposed by the country. The article outlines the development process of the edible and medicinal mushroom industry in Tongren city， Guizhou province， summarizes its characteristics， analyzes the current situation， and proposes a series of countermeasures for the development of this industry.

铜仁市地处云贵高原向湘西丘陵、四川盆地过渡的斜坡地带，山峦起伏，地形复杂，属亚热带湿润性季风气候区，年平均温度18 ℃，空气清新，森林郁闭度大，昼夜温差大，夏季气候凉爽，适宜多种珍稀食用菌的反季节生产，产出的食药用菌生态健康、营养与保健价值高，市场竞争优势明显，为产业建设提供了得天独厚的环境优势。（剩余6985字）
