关于食品安全风险监测问题与解决策略探讨
摘 要:当前,我国食品安全监测工作尚存在诸多问题,如食品加工企业未依照行业要求控制食品添加剂使用量,防腐剂使用超标情况严重,或存在加工原料以次充好的情况,严重影响了消费者的身心健康,因此需要各方通力合作,重点解决。本文将结合当前食品安全风险监测存在的问题,讨论食品安全风险监测问题解决策略。

Discussion on Food Safety Risk Monitoring Issues and Solutions

Abstract: At present, there are still many problems in China’s food safety monitoring work, such as food processing enterprises do not control the amount of food additives in accordance with the requirements of the industry, the use of preservatives is serious, or the existence of shoddy processing raw materials, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of consumers, so all parties need to cooperate and focus on solving. This paper will combine the existing problems of food safety risk monitoring, discuss the problem solving strategy of food safety risk monitoring.
